What is WP Premium Support?
WP Premium Support is a subscription based support service for WordPress. The service includes a catalog of maintenance, optimization, and management services, as well as fixes for a wide variety of WordPress related issues.
Each WP Premium Support plan provides access to the full catalog of services, as well as access to the dashboard where you can request new tasks, review open or previous requests, and manage your subscription. The only difference between the plans is the number of task credits included with the subscription.
The credits included with each WP Premium Support plan determine the number of services you can request each month. A credit can be used for any service in the catalog, regardless of how much time that service may take to complete. The credits allow you the flexibility to request whatever service you want or need at the time.
Unused credits do not roll over, but the number of credits at your disposal will refresh at the beginning of each monthly billing period. And you are always free to adjust the size of your plan if your needs change.
From within the WP Premium Support dashboard you can easily submit a separate request for each task. Additionally, the credits can be used for any WordPress site you add to your plan. And should you have any questions about the work we completed, you always have 14 days to re-open the ticket.
