Outlook for Mac 2016: Set up email

After you set up your email, you can add it to Outlook for Mac 2016.

If you have a Business or Business Premium account, you can download the most recent version of Outlook.

  1. Launch Outlook.
  2. If Then
    This is your first time setting up an email address Click Exchange
    You have already set up an email address 1. Click Tools
    2. Click Accounts
    3. Click +
    4. Select Exchange
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Select Configure automatically, and then click Add Account.
  5. Click Allow.
