Find my Office 365 IMAP or POP settings

Find your Office 365 IMAP or POP settings so you can manually configure your email account. This is a backup email set up method for email clients that don't support Microsoft Exchange.

Note: Use IMAP, if you have a choice, since it offers better email synchronization across devices and accounts. Learn more about the differences between IMAP and POP.

  1. Log in to your Email & Office dashboard (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. Click the Admin tab and select Advanced.

  3. Next to Exchange, click Log In. You will be taken to an Office 365 page.

  4. In the upper right corner, click Click settings gear icon (Settings).
  5. Scroll the Settings panel down to Your app settings and click Mail.

  6. On the left, find Accounts. If it's collapsed, click to expand. Select POP and IMAP.

  7. Your POP, IMAP and SMTP settings are displayed on the right.

  8. Use these server settings to set up your email client or device using POP or IMAP.
