Hi @cellbiz, sorry to hear that 😕

Can't you re-create the tmp folder?

I have recreated the folder but some session path configuration has been missing from server that's why i need to declare path manually in my script to connect with the tmp folder.

Also i am facing image upload issue. Can you check, is the issue on my server session path configuration or something else?

@cellbiz I don't work for GD, so there's no way I can check that for you.

But can you explain me a little bit your code, maybe I can help you with that.

Have you tried killing all your PHP processes and run a script again?

I find that, although it sounds silly, sometimes it eases things up.

Hope it helps!

Ok, No problem, Should i kill the PHP process? Is that process will not down my server, yes or no? If yes, where it has that settings on cpanel to kill the process.

@cellbiz Killing the PHP processes, kills all the running scripts you have. Which can be re run again later.

In order to kill all your PHP processes, click in the PHP Processes section, under software, in cpanel: https://ibb.co/nEDG2Q

Hope it helps!
