create a domain name pointing to IP other than port 80

I am running an app on my ip address port 82 (51.51.51.234:82), I have domain purchased in godaddy (mypurchaseddomain.com), if i want to create a subdomain (wiki.mypurchaseddomain.com) pointing to above IP, what is the procedure i have to follow and how can i do it  ?
I have checked CNAME, A records, entered pointing to "ipaddress:port", but it saying invalid ip address, if i give only IP address it is default taking port 80. Any help in this regards.

Ports are done at the server level not the DNS level.

So what you would do is just set up an A record for the wiki to your IP address and then do wiki.youdomain.com:82 - sometimes depending on your configuration you can set port 80 to watch for a domain for to the correct port
