Anyone knows how to disable or re-config this feature? It happens weekly automatically, this is good, every time it shutdown the server and then backup, but it never start the server after that. Customer service people seem to know nothing about cloud so every time they tried to find a technician but never succeeded. Can anyone helps? Thanks.
Sorry for to hear about the trouble you're encountering. I just checked with our developers and our teams are looking into a few reports of the automated backups not always restarting servers as they're suppose to. If there's any more news of this brought to my attention, I'll try to follow up with it here.
In the meantime, there should be API documentation here to allow you to disable the scheduled backups within your servers. I'm also told that http PUT call to servers with `backupsEnabled: False` should also work.
