Unable to log into WordPress admin dashboard

Hello all,

1. My website is fine and showing the latest content.
2. But when I tried logging into the admin dashboard, it shows:

"This page isn’t working

*********.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500"

3. The admin navigation bar is visible on the top of my website. Still gets the same error page when I try to access from the shortcut there.

Any advice? Thanks!

First we have to eliminate the possibility of a conflict.  Have you added any new plugins, switched themes, customized any files?  Is your site updated to the latest WP, theme and plugin versions?

I'm unable to log in WordPress admin dashboard.. I enter all username and password but it doesn't open dashboard neither it shows any error nor redirects to dashboard after entering the password. it just shows blank password after 1-2 seconds. please give me exact solution how to login admin page
