SmartLine App Error!

Hi folks. I've started a free plan of SmartLine app. When I install the app on my phone, after sign in I got OOPS error and it says This app need GoDaddy product! Whats going wrong?

I am sorry you are experiencing issues with connecting to your SmartLine app. 

 

When you login to your GoDaddy Account and view all products and services, scroll down to locate your SmartLine Phone service and verify that it is fully setup. If SmartLine is fully setup then the next step in troubleshooting this issue is to remove the app itself from your phone then reinstall it. After completing this, try logging in again and if the issue still persists please reach out to GoDaddy Support.
