Instaling Plugins

I am trying  to install plugins inside a site. Few plugins I managed to install but those important ones are giving me same massage of failed update>

Its the same on all 3 websites that I have....

Site is running fine, plugins that I install do not install but display that error. I see that others have that same problems as well so I wanted to know how to fix it. I cant set my websites properly without those essential plugins...

@pretender3969 since it's a wordpress install, you can upload the plugin to your plugins folder, and then activate them from the wp dashboard.
