I have had a few phone calls over the last week regarding my desktop outlook not connecting. I was told they removed some dns (?) code and to wait - first a half hour then overnight - I did both and I am still getting the same error messages. I have work stuff all day today and tomorrow so cannot do another call. I am getting a little frustrated with this issue. Can anyone help?
Thank you for posting. My suggestion here would be to reach back out to support to troubleshoot further since the fixes they put in place have not worked. Otherwise, my suggestion to help the community better understand what's going on, would be to reply and include as much information as possible. Exact error verbiage, the name of the exact DNS changes that were made, the version of outlook, etc.
