Workspace email and Outlook

I have a customer who is using Outlook 2016. She is not able to set up an auto-responder in Outlook. Is this an Outlook issue? Thank you.

If you - or your client - are using a third-party email client like Outlook, you'll need to contact Microsoft support if you encounter an issue. However, a search on their website shows this article that may help you in the set up.
