My webmail (webmail.domain.com or domain.com/webmail) is not working anymore.
I am using gocentral for hosting my website and cpanel for emails. I had all the required dns records created. The webmail was working fine earlier but suddenly stopped working on giving a 404 error when I try accessing webmail.domain.com or domain.com/webmail
Any suggestion on how to fix the issue.

Solved! Go to Solution.
The issue is your 2 primary A @ records - You should only have the GoCentral one - and then you need add an A record for mail pointed to your cpanel server
Then you can use mail.domain.com/webmail to get to cpanel
