I have 6 email accounts with my GoDaddy email service. In one of the accounts, my user is repeatably not able to log in to her email account. I reset the password...she is able to access....BUT by the next day she is not able to access. My other accounts are not having this issue.
You may wish to advise her to log in AFTER clearing the cache of her browser or by trying a private/incognito browsing window. It sounds like there may be a cached, or saved, password that keeps preventing daily access.
