Tried my best to search in the community yet couldn't find an answer, so here goes:
I have used 5 paid emails in Workspace email plan 1 while I have 1 unused free emails and 50 free forwarding emails.
What I want to do is the following:
move firstname.lastname@example.org from paid to free (Trying to do so I am faced with an error email already used)
forward email@example.com (4 emails) to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is that feasible? if yes how?

The problem is fixed I deleted all the unnecessary emails and kept only one then performed "switch plans" to move from US Plan 1 to Free.
