Other emails I have registered under my domain are not in the list

When I registered the domain+hosting+email, I created 3 emails. In my account panel, I can only see the first email and the other 2 emails can’t seem to login. Please help!

In my

Email & Office section in my account, it shows that I have one starter email. I have created two other users previously but they do not appear here.

Did you create them in O365 or in the WorkSpace email platform

Hi @K3vinkk,

 

Welcome to the Community!

You mentioned that you bought a package with domain, hosting and the Office Email account. Did you set up in both the Office 365 plan AND users in the hosting plan using the same domain? As a domain can only have one MX record (email record), you will not be able to receive email on the same domain in both plans. The hosting email and Office 365 are on 2 different servers, different platforms.

Hi thanks for the response... I set it up under workspace email... when I look into the emails this is what I see:

This account is suspended
You are no longer able to access this account. Please contact support at (480) 463-8376 so we can help identify the issue, and get you back into your account again.

If you don't take any action, this account and all it's contents may be deleted.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner - I would call into support as it suggests - I'm guessing you have (had) one of the free mailboxes and need to migrate it to a paid one or a one on a cpanel server
