Loss of use of rich text in Workspace ap

We are no longer able to use the rich text aspect of the Workspace program. That means all the previously created templates are unusable and we are also unable to display our logo in our email correspondence.

The issue has been a problem now for about 2 weeks. We've uninstalled and reinstalled the application several times and are unable to locate anything regarding settings much less anything that would clue us in as to what was changed. One day it was fine and the next it simply wasn't.
