I discovered that my workspace email account was gone because it did not autorenew as scheduled. I set up office 365 accounts and I just discovered that one of my workspace users was strictly on the web interface and has no client files from which to recover old emails.
Any idea how to recover old workspace emails from the server?
When was the plan cancelled? If you add an address back to the same account within 14 days of it being cancelled, the content comes back with it. Unless it was hosted in Europe due to their privacy laws.
I switched to office 365, so I don't think I can set up a new workspace email to reengage the data. My domain is already pointed to MS Servers? Is there a work around?
