Email deliver failed with bounceback

Greetings, we are having trouble with connecting to Godaddy's live chat system, so i guess this is our only hope, we've been getting a bounce back email for one person and it's affecting our business.
Please help us.

Hi @qetsdnbhd. Thanks for taking the time to post here on GoDaddy Community. This type of rejection can occur if our message filtering considers something in your email content to be spam. This can sometimes happen to content that isn't actually spam. I suggest getting a .eml or .msg copy of the original email that was sent and reaching out to our customer care team. They can have the email content reviewed by our advanced team and see if it's possible to update the filter to allow the message through. Hope that helps.
