CPanel Email Forwards Not Working

I have created several generic email addresses for my organization's committees. The emails forward to specific individuals. This used to work fine. All of a sudden, the emails are not getting through to the individuals. No error message is received. It's like the emails are going into a black hole. 

 

The email addresses are created in CPanel. The individuals receiving the emails have either Yahoo or Gmail accounts. 

 

There is no blocking issue. Anyone have an issue like this?
