How I can change a SOA name server

My website is hosting by aws amazon. I change the name server but the SOA don't allow me to change it. I can see my website anymore show an error

Hi @ACELA,

 

An external look-up of our DNS shows that you still have the extra GoDaddy nameservers on your DNS. You will need to remove those before your domain will resolve properly at Amazon.

SOA is a locked DNS record, when you use custom nameservers the DNS here is no longer active.  In theory the AWS nameservers should have the correct SOA for your domain.

I change the name servers, 4 ns are the same in goddaddy and aws. IP is the same. I got an email this morning saying my ns are updated but my website still don't show. I don't know whatelse to do.. Need help!!!

I am seeing 6 nameservers, 2 for domaincontrol.com which should be removed.  If they are in slots 1 & 2 they can not be deleted, but you can overwrite them with 2 from AWS and save. (should have just the 4 total from AWS)
