I need to forward one site to another. We configured it with Http://sitename no masking. Waited plenty of time, over a week and it still doesn't work. I then switched it to https:// and waited about 15 hours, still doesn't forward.
So I tried to update the A record to point at the new site but it fails "There was an error processing your request. Please try again. If this issue continues, contact support.".
Does anyone know what went wrong? It seems pretty straight forward so I don't understand how its not working. I see a lot of other posts with a similar issue, one resolve was to change the A record, but I cant so I am stuck.
