When I installed WordPress on one of my domains, I checked the have Limit Login Attempts installed. But since then, it has been causing a lot of problems and I need to disable/uninstall it for debugging and other testing. However, I see no option for that on the WordPress admin or GoDaddy dashboard. When I go in via SFTP, it says I do not have permission to edit the mu-plugins folder or any folders within it. I have tried updated the folder attributes and permission is denied for THAT, too.
How do I a)Disable the Limit Login Attempts plugin and b) Have permission to rename and even remove ALL folders via SFTP.
