Managed WordPress site can’t provide a secure connection?

I just purchased a "Managed Wordpress" hosting package as of today. I installed the default template. When I tried to access the website to see how it looks, I get this:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

    www.az337.com uses an unsupported protocol.

    Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.
Can someone please explain this issue to me, and what I need to do to correct it??
    Thanks in advance.

Your Wordpress site does not support A Secure connection and is causing the handshake to fail as it does not have a certificate. You will need to install a SSL Certificate for your Domain on your wordpress hosting.

my site was running fine, but now that i bought the ssl for it it no longer runs and i get the same error. any fix for this?

    Im having the same problem.

were you able to fix this after adding the ssl certificate?

@marisolra are you still having the issue?  You can PM me your URL and we can take a look at it.

    Hey there,

I have this issue as well. I decided to purchase the SSL for my Managed Wordpress Site, and it goes down and I always receive the error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

No matter what I do... was this solved with the previous person?

    The website is: andrewreyesvoiceover.com

When using the Scan My Site tool in the GoDaddy SSL Dashboard - below is what I get back.

    Please help. Thanks
