    Can't access Chat Support or create Support Ticket

    Hello I am really disappointed with godaddy right now, why is my location barred from accessing support via chat?

    Also like other hosting companies, why is there no support ticket system in place?

    My website is down for days and i can't get support

    I don't believe GoDaddy is actively blocking specific countries, that being said, I have recommended (and others have reported success) in using a VPN and then getting a US ip address
