    Adding Link Instead of Page

How can I add a link as a page in the navigation, without it actually opening a post-like page on my website?

    Hi Mindtap,

You can add a link to the page navigation in WordPress using these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. In the side bar on the left, go to Appearance and click Menus.
    3. Select the menu you want to add the link to from the drop down.
    4. In the Menus area, find Custom Links on the left and click the down arrow.
    5. Enter your link URL and the text you want to show on the menu in the fields.
    6. Click Add to Menu.
    7. Click one of the blue Save Menu buttons.

Reply if you have any trouble following that & I can try to get you some screenshots.
