Setup a audio streaming server

I would like to know if I can stream an mp3 file on my GoDaddy hosting account.
I use VOIP for all my phone lines through a multiline IP Phone. In order to use MOH (Music on Hold), I have to chose a server address for my audio file that will play the MOH audio. How can I make this work?  I just have one .mp3 file at this time.

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you are trying to set up hold music with your VOIP, the server settings wouldn't be from your GoDaddy hosting, that is only for your site. You will need to contact your VOIP provider.
