Responsive site not loading - mysterious mobile version loads instead
I'm in the process of updating teakboutique.ca to be responsive. The home page is done and works fine when I resize my Chrome browser on my laptop, but when I view the site on a mobile device, it just loads the full desktop version, but shrinks it down tiny. I've confirmed it's not the phone settings.
I'm using Linux hosting with Wordpress and have no plugins that would affect the mobile version. Searching the help docs indicates that website builder has a mobile on/off setting, but I checked and don't have website builder installed.
I also don't see any settings in cpanel that would affect mobile.

I took a quick look and yes, I can see what you mean. It's not your phone or godaddy's fault. It's more than likely inbuilt to the theme you bought from elegant themes. It's possible it was not meant for both mobile and desktop. I would go back to their site and check the small print. Sorry, I could be wrong though, by the way, a nice clean site!
