Transfering Domain + Email Addresses to GoDaddy

Greetings,

I want to transfer my domain from Domain Factory (https://www.df.eu/) to GoDaddy.
Their customer service told me that all my email archive and data will be erased. But I want to keep my email data.

My question: Is there any possibility that you can transfer my domain with my email database to GoDaddy without erasing them? Can you do it?

If not, could you please give me advice on what can I do to save my emails?

Best Regards.

PS. During domain transfer process, will I be able to use my emails?

@sebaputzausfueh A simple way to do this is to sign up for a gmail account and then add your email addresses from your hosting to gmail. You can then store them within gmail.

Re: Transfering Domain + Email Addresses to GoDaddy

Absolutely!  Your email/contacts/calendar/etc can definitely be saved but it requires:  Export - Transfer - Import to transfer it to a new server.  This is probably outside the scope of GoDaddy support.  I suggest contacting an IT company such as ASG (asgsys.com) to help with this.  They are reasonably priced and get things done quickly.  Good luck!
